An up-and-coming professional in the real estate business, Josh has earned the trust of many area home buyers and sellers. They know him as someone who goes “above and beyond” to ensure a successful transaction, from start to finish. Josh approaches each new project with tremendous energy and focus. Josh grew up in the Madison area and now lives on the east side with his wife and daughter, Paige.  Prior to moving back to Madison, Josh lived in Vietnam for 5 years teaching English and giving tours. He enjoys spending time with family as well as disc golf, travel, music, the Brewers, Packers, UW sports and other outdoor activities.

Buying or selling a home is probably one of the most important transactions you will make in your lifetime. You need a professional who will take the time to work with you throughout the entire process. My goal is to make sure you get the outcome you want and have as smooth of an experience as possible along the way. My prior work experience is in teaching English and in the tour guiding industry. This may seem unrelated to real estate but I have found my background directly relevant to the work I do today. From these experiences, I learned how to organize, develop a step-by-step plan and persevere until the desired end result is achieved. I also learned that attention to every detail is key, that’s the only way to make a complicated process go as smoothly as it possibly can. I am there for my clients from beginning to end and then some. To equip myself for this level of involvement, I’ve developed expertise in virtually every aspect of buying and selling real estate. I worry about the specifics so you don’t have to, yet making sure you understand what I am doing and why. I want everyone who works with me to feel confidence in the process.
